Shipping data is processed and analyzed, incoming inventory is estimated, an EIQ matrix is created, and logistics equipment is assigned to the EIQ matrix to calculate the size of the distribution center. This website is run by Toshiyuki Teramoto, Director of the Logistics Technology Research Institute.
