02TCalc enable large-scale logistics analysis

Tera Calculation uses the EIQ method to process and analyze large volumes of shipping data, exceeding 100,000 records. It is extremely fast because it processes data against a database using SQL language.

The method and steps are as follows:
1. Import shipping data in Elxce format into the database.
2. Pre-process shipping data to reduce analysis time.
Classify shipments into case and bulk shipments, convert bulk quantities to cases, PL, volume, and weight,
rank based on rank keys, etc.
3. Estimate inventory and incoming shipment volumes and create an EIQ matrix table using EIQ analysis.
4. Allocate logistics equipment to the EIQ matrix table to calculate logistics space.
4. Calculate distribution center size by tallying and adjusting the installation space for each piece of logistics equipment.
